Maybe give it a try, but as the head is always the main focus, it seems to make more sense this way for the cute factorthe other way around would probably be a lot more disturbing, tho I guess it depends upon the animals original cuteness.

Nicely done,but you see, that to me looks a bit creepy, like those poor animals that get anthropomorphised (haven't looked up spelling) by their slightly mentally ill owners, but still, thanks to the cuteness factor of both the cat and plush, it kinda works, doesn't it?
