I don't flame simply because they have an L plate. I don't cry fail when a noob posts a 100kb still. I blast if someone starts a talk thread when they should know better. I pay out when someone posts a stolen image. I complain when someone posts NSFW and isn't censored.
Normally if a noob posts and it is a reasonable image, ie I like it, I will say hello, welcome and tell them they get a surprise when they click their L-plate.

I disagreed with your post up there ^ but this one's rather true... Something's blasted as NSFW because it contains the words "tits" and a quick sketch of something that looks vaguely balloon-like, but the picture of John and Yoko with cocks (which was ace and I clicked and enjoyed muchly) went by without comment.
Just depends who's around, when, and whether they're actually of a fair mind.
