
although i just tried on my funeral and wedding suit and it would appear in the 2 years since i last wore it i've gained an inch and a half, 31 and a 1/2 inch waist, i'll have to cut my sugar intake down. i'm in fear of the seams going so maybe i won't be going my customary commando for tomorrows funeral.

I did my vital statistics yesterday, no way could I fit into a 31 hip. Not even CLOSE.
A 31 waist I should be able to manage in a month or two though.

it's only since i hit 40 and found b3ta that i've gained any weight, too much time sitting on my arse doing this rather than actually moving about.
the usual comment i get from friends is it's about bloody time we couldn't count your ribs.
oddly it's still taking some getting used to and i'm not sure if i'm happy about it but i'm not about to go on no stupid health kick diet gymn thing.
