No this was emergency short-order foodso no homemade gnocchi. But we did make some here one time, and it came out really well. I was very surprised, it all looked pretty dubious to me.

it's easy enough but certainly not quick.i buy fresh on occasion, but i'm off white pasta pretty much now.
