tin snipsan electric drill and a tesco value dremmel bought from aldi for fifteen quid.
i do have a mig welder but i go out in the back yard to use that.

I have a collection of VW moondisks just hanging in the garage, they would make great bases for flying saucers. I'm just not so sure on the cleanly cutting out, I think I'd fuck it up.

woo mooniesim after some of those, just get some ultra thin cutting disks and an angle grinder cut them a bit bigger and file off the edge, works for me.
