Kind of localBeen in Toronto for 9 months or so. Great place. Haven't really been able to fully appreciate it due to lack of funds. (I've been waiting for my work permit since February. Funds are dangerously low)

you're at the best time for cheap and free, though.top tip: if you're downtown and need to use transit, enter the subway at yonge and college. quite frequently the booth is empty and the ttc expects people to use the honour system and deposit tokens/coins. go through the turnstile, grab a transfer and you've saved some cash.
