and then everything has to be explained in complete detail by everyone

including the baddie

who explains and laughs while explosions happen around him in slow motion and he's like 'AHA YES, YOUR UNCLE... I KNOW THE TRUTH!' but this is while the baddie is dying and then says something random like 'HE HAS BROKEN THE GATE!! '

and then he dies.

That's pretty much every anime, not including mecha-teen-alien-angst-hentai tentacle girl stuff

edit: and over 253 episodes, nothing _actually_ happens :D
