Nothing has come close to scaring meas much as those ravenous wolves cerebrus dogs that jump throught the window in the first corridor on resident evil 1. You kinda expect it from then on.

I would say the licker jumping through the magic mirrorin the police station in Resi2 was the best "jump" in that series...
but yeah, the cerberus dogs were nasty bastards :D
