It's quite fun to dress up your avatar, and discuss the economy and how the noobs will spread their chatspeak everywhere and be the end of us all. As well as which NPC will (be the next gay one/die/turn into a vampire/go insane).
It's interesting.
And for people interested in non-internet things, there's loads of other forums. Like for music and art and food, and celebrities, but no-one goes there, except retarded 13 year old girls.
