
It sounds a bit rude, for me to say I'm not fond of things which look too filtery, but it's true.
The most filters I tend to use are blurs, and occasionally that one which makes circles, polar to linear or something.

painted, from scratch with photoshop brushes. No source material or excessive filter work. ( I did use the fibres filter to create the water, it was an easy cop out after spending 7 or so hours on the rest of it and getting to the bored stage ).
That's a nice manip. I like a bit of that stuff.
