Roll out some shortcrust pastry an line the bottom of whatever size pie tin you want.Make two burgers so they're 1 - 1 1/2 inches bigger than the diameter of the tin, then cook them. Lay one in the case, add cheese, add the other burger and more cheese then ad some cooked bacon. Add the top of the pie case (shortcrust or puff, as you prefer), brush with milk and then gas mark 6 for 20-25 minutes.
