I think I saw "Robocop" when I was 13.I started drinking consistently aged 15.
We're not very good at stopping people who are under 18 from doing things (ed)*only* people over 18 should do.
Plus if you're still living at home with your parents, you're still dependent on them, you're still a child. That can be anything up to the mid-forties these days.

Oh, I'm with you...I like GTA, and I don't kill people in real life for entertainment. I just don't think putting a little circle on the front of the box is the best way to prevent young impressionable minds from playing it.
