chuck a pile of flour in a bowl, beat an egg with a little milk till it's really fluffy and bubbly, beat into the flour until smootyh and then add milk to a thin consistency. heat butter in frying pan then pour into the batter so you don't have to keep oiling the pan. fry. eat.
