I'm afraidthat at half a meg it's too big to post on the board (some people use modems you know). you need to optimise the hell out of it, or just make it a link...

I bet you could cutsome frames out as well, its amazing what you can get rid of. The brain is very good at sticking in what isn't there.
PLus sometimes taking bits out makes the whole animation smoother.

sorry, butthat's just the way it is...
like bovine says, you could probably drop every other frame, and just display the frames that are left for longer - also turn off dithering and reduce the number of colours...
