Thankfully I don't have to drive in London.Someone offered us the use of their car one time when we were over, I think we only used it once in the end. Just driving to the station was a nightmare.
EDIT: oh that other thread got deleted. It's a pity because I said something really witty and insightful, and someone replied with an even more witty and insightful reply, and I was just on the edge of a major realization, and then the thread was deleted and now I can't remember what it said.

It is the main reason I am yetto learn to drive. The pain in the arse that is London roads, and also living in London, I don't think it is really necessary to drive at all!
