you can't make pancakes without egg. Mind you, the ratbag can't have pancakes either cos she can't have egg, wheat or dairy.

at home, I'll post it later if you want, plus gluten free flour. But you can't make em by hand without any dairy at all.

BUT!
you can go to sainsburys and in the gluten free range there is a box for apple cinamon pancakes which is dairy free too. Make them up with water or soya milk and they are realy delicious.
