I currently have full Architects providing me with such plans, usually accompanied by the immortal words..
'Simon... We've hit a small snag here'
The best one in recent weeks has been a £1 million block of flats
that the client spent £25k on Planning permission with another architect, and they designed a roof that defies physics.

Ha. You should have a big rubber stamp that would let you put "DEFIES PHYSICS" on architectural drawings.
