So I hear *multitasking*Nirvana would probably have gone downhill as most artists/groups do when their 'niche' becomes oversaturated in the market
with lots of spin-off groups, solo projects, imitators and pretenders to the throne.
Most groups do.
The Beatles, along with artists such as Bowie, Queen to name but two more, varied styles over different eras, marketing themselves out
to different groups and styles. That's what kept them 'big'
