I don't think they look like phil and tomsk per se, but they do remind me of them in the sense that
a) I was being silly with phil and tomsk on the tube once and it reminds of that night
b) they're both vivacious and boisterous, and that has nothing to do with their looks
c) the girl has that blushing humble phil look, of which I have pictures, and the guy has the wallace wave look, of which I have several pictures of tomsk doing the same.
in conclusion: there are many similarities and differences between the british steel mill of the 18- oh wait. wrong conclusion.
