# yep.
i guess it's good for newbs and kids, mostly. get exposed to people who actually know how to cook properly, confirm that they're not alone. some people need affirmation.

there's a neat vegfest here at our harbourfront in summer. i didn't go this year but it's laid back and there are some good things - cheap and free food, free music (not all hippie/new age either), organic farmers and some nifty cookery tools. also good for a pamphlet they put out listing all the local veg restos.
