you will need
3 large eggs
splash of milk (50-100ml)
3 sausages (cooked)
1 small tomato
lump o grated cheese
garlic (granulated for laziness)
black pepper
pinch of salt
chilli powder
paprika
(a frypan/plate that can go under the grill)
First break some eggs(not on the floor but in a bowl), add the spices (garlic, black pepper, salt, chilli powder, paprika) add a splash o milk, DO NOT OVERBEAT YOUR EGG, simply use a fork to whisk a few times so everything is mixed but not turnt into froth,
cut your onion, tomatoes, cooked sausages into small tasty pieces, oh and grate the cheese
heat some olive oil/marg/butter (whatever you fancy) in a large frypan
add 1/2 the egg mixture, when the mixture starts to stiffen (tee-hee - i mean cook) push the edge of the omelette into the centre, tilt the pan so the runny stuff fills the gap you've created (this will make your omlette super fluffy!) add sausages, onion, tomatoes and the rest of the mixture, repeat the centre thing once or twice (depending how good you are! personally i normally 'fold' about 2 or 3 times)
when the egg has nearly cooked through, remove from the hob and apply cheese to 1/2 of your omelette, place your frypan (or transfer to plate that can go under the grill) under the grill for a few minutes to cook the top 1/2 of your omelette slightly (and to melt the cheese)
fold omelette in 1/2 on your plate and pour yourself a cup of tea and by the time you've got a knife and fork out your omelette will have cooled sufficiently for you to eat it
