It is a stereogram.....in that it's two separated images with depth cues. That's pretty much the definition of a Stereogram.

See I can do that, but it takes a while and I lose it really quickly.But anything wider than that is really hard to do.

Have a break for five minutesthen try again. I couldn't see the first one at first but after leaving it alone for a bit it just came naturally.
Also, I think Whisky helps.
