# nope
let me explain
many moons ago when i had a dentist, before he died of cancer :( I had a filling, to put this filling in (which i don't think i needed but i was about 10 at the time so my mum said "yeah if you say so mr dentist") silly dentist drilled 1/2 my tooth away so it was shaped like a C or a U depending which way you look at it, years later back wisdom teeth started to grow (still haven't come through fully yet) and pushed my teeth forwards, the filling part of my tooth that filled the C/U now touched my other tooth, *CRACK* filling falls out, abscess - ouch, dentist in hospital with cancer treatment, temp dentist comes in (the receptionist from the dentists 5 mile away, i mean wtf?) goes - oh you've cracked your filling here let me fill that and proceeds to fill my tooth in OVER AND ABSCESS! (and so that i can't close my mouth properly as he's put far too much filling in) ARGHH.. ow ow ow, dentist dies :( - goto another dentist (when there was more than one in a 100 mile radius) who goes "oh you've got an abscess..." *looks behind reception to see guy who just filled in over my abscess, giving a confused but sturn look*
charges me £80 for putting it right and i've never been right since or been back...

# in my experience dentists don't know fuck all about anything
... I've NEVER been to a dentist I'm happy with.

if I were you I'd find your nearest University dental school... and if it's not too far away get them to have a look at you and see what they can do.
