oh the shelter in my townis lovely. The cats aren't in cages, they have big rooms, where about 15 cats live together, with a big outdoor cage to go run around in. There were about 3 rooms like that for cats, another three for dogs, then two little rooms full of toys and kittens/puppies. It's a lovely place.
