So that he's placed in the bottom corner so he doesn't look weirdly cut off. Then the colours go across the shirt, and end in black, like on the picture.

Hugely expensive. You'd be better off limiting it to 4 or 5 colours, and use the pen tool rather than photoshop brushes, otherwise the shading will look fucking awful when blown up to full size.

You'd also get issues getting around the sleeves.

# Either way, you'd need to blow it up to at least A4 size, which pixels would struggle with
and finish the shapes around the edges so it didn't just end in a solid line halfway across the tee. That would look very weird
