sinus douchemix 1 tsp salt with pint warm water, and suck up thru nose, let it run thru your mouth

thank you BoffI've been blowing my nose in warm water to prevent soreness (held in my hands over the sink) not a pretty site sight but it sure helps!
i'll try that when i've ran out of snot rags to blow my nose on :D (used equivalent of about 2 whole toilet rolls so far today)
