I don't see why he's particularly more likely to be assassinated than any other president. Plenty of people had an irrational hatred of Bush (and probably still do, pointlessly).

Out of interest - because this sort of question is on my mind at the moment - how, in what specific ways, would Bush have had to change his policies, attitudes, cultural background, hairstyle, or whatever else, in order to have won your love and approval?
