Are sticky outy ones nice? What's a high cheekbone in comparison to a normal one?

Apparently I've got high ones, but I really don't get it, and recently (since losing weight) the first thing anyone who's not seen me for a while remarks on is my cheekbones. Nnng, I don't understand.
