# BBC television news really isn't the standard it once was.
Still better than all the other channels but since the have your say stuff and the constant infatuation with celebrities and strictly come dancing the entire point of news has fucked off.

The World Service is still pretty much the standard it once was, but sadly people base their knowledge and understanding of current events on what they see on the television.
