Sorry. It's a stupid joke."What's the frequency Kenneth" was an REM song. Some American newsanchor got mugged in front of an ATM a few years back (I think it was Dan Rather). The kids who did it kept yelling "What's the frequency Kenneth?" while they kicked him. The ATM camera caught it all, and it became an instant (and VERY short-lived meme).
