I saw you could get t-shirt tranfer paper in StaplesI guess you print them out and iron them on, or something.

You can print all the parts of the design on separate pieces and then use the magic of scissors and being careful to achieve your goal

Also, if you have your heart set on drawing on a shirt,just put some cardboard in the middle and buy some permanent markers.
