I think you need a good hard dick and a little discipline!Faffing about instead of knuckling down and making it happen! To grok is to have a deeper understanding than "I think" :)

i've not yet met an HR worker i've likedor that i didn't eventually dislike after some minor, petty falling out, such as when i was written up for swearing in russian
