Talking of fail I a complete nut job of an old lady in the supermarket today. One person serving and once she'd been served she just stood there blocking the counter.
The guy in front of me managed to get round her and suggested that maybe, as there was a long queue she should move along. She explained to him that as she was 87 he shouldn't be so rude.
He just about managed to get served. I had a heavy basket so couldn't do it over her head and by this time she's completely blocked the counter and was getting angry as she was 87 and people should have more respect. I had to leave me shopping and go to another shop in the end!
