but basically I've been suspended over doing my job, reporting something that needs documenting but leaves me vulnerable to accusations...and they've gone right ahead and accused me.

Despite context. Despite history. Despite the staff team I was on with being witnesses to it being appropriate and my line manager categorically stating he believes I am innocent. And it's the second time they've done similar, woo hoo!
