when it's a full moon usually there are clouds just around the moon and nowhere else. Do you know why? or is it just coincidence?

But it will probably be due to some form of gravity or something Id say, as the moon controls the waves, the waves control the rain and shit.
The moon might be pulling the moisture vapour towards it when its full as its closer to the earth maybe...Bullshits some more
