It's a youth hostel. THe woman as late 50's. Didn't peak any english and although it entirely her daughters fault that she didn't read under the big capital letters at the top of the page asking her to read the terms and conditions.
It was blatantly obviouslt that whe was telling a completely different storey to her mother as she was obviously very pissed off at me.
