I reckon yr puter needs a restart....if you been installing stuff, it sometimes cures little niggly probs.

In safariyou can open the activity window (Window/Activity, or Alt-Command-A) which will show you the details of all the elements on the page you are looking at.
Otherwise just right-click on the image and select "Copy Image Address" and you can paste it wherever you need it.
[edit] Oh, I just noticed you have lost the right click menu. Have you lost right click menus altogether? You can change the setting for those from the system prefs.
And firefox runs on the mac exactly like the PC version - even the html buttons are ugly.
