reminds me of a seminar I once attended at Black and Decker about Kaizen and Lean Thinking... where the twat giving the talk suggested that everyone below a certain grade is probably thick as shit but that they all have a grasp of numbers because of the gambling they do which involves the laying off of odds and such...

I think for true USA effect, the words at the bottom is more than necessary.
