nah, no grounds for a suit.i checked with a law type i know (not so i could sue, but so i could threaten in a credible manner). i thought about going to the press too, but i can't imagine what angle they'd use to generate interest. and no, it was abundantly clear that no apology would ever come my way, so i'm saving my retribution for when they are no longer expecting anything to happen (revenge, that delightful cold dish).
