reminds me of a WWF game I had on the N64No mercy i think it were.. the initial release had a bug in it that would save you progress for so long.. but then wipe the file. most iritating it was.. but apparently they traded it in for one that worked for free, but I had sold it all before i found out about that.

I can find nothing.It seems unlikely - it is saving the progress whilst the machine is on, but a 7 year old takes months to complete games, so that is of no use at all (I have no manual).

yeah.. no mercy saved for several on offs.. then would randomly disappear.but it is a massive shit when it happens. :(
