which permits 'personal internet use within reasonable limits', but prohibits viewing of anything containing nudity, pornography, disturbing or violent content etc etc

hence I am allowed to view B3ta at work up until the point anyone posts something which falls under those definitions.

Actually I enjoy opinions. But I also enjoy saying shut your face.

I don't see why somebody shouldn't be employed to ad-lib how much of the working day they spend relaxing and how much working. If they could be trusted. This is how a boss functions, and presumably the relaxing part helps.
