and the first thing you need to do is figure out why you snore, but most people benefit from using these

I'm currently rocking nasal strips and two types of spray... I look like a joke; however if it stops Mrs Undercover from leaving me then that's all for the good.

I used the normal ones for ages and they did fuck all, those ones are bloody amazing when you put them in right, you can barely hear ANYthing!
