You'd be better off buying a 10 year old 7 seat discovery 4x4 for under a grand if you want that kind if utility vehicle.

The fact remains that when your land rover falls to bits you can throw it all in tha back of a 30 year old hi lux and drag it to the quarry for dumping.
It's is the most indestructible 4x4 on the road.
I know you like British but I speak my mind and I have some knowledge of land Rover.
