Not to the arena itself, but to the bars and restaurants in there. It is absolutely brilliant! When I went the summer before last, they had an indoor beach with a Martini bar. I was in heaven....

bars and restaurants are relatively busy, cinema is meant to be good, the club Matter is quite simply awesome and the arena is wicked for events (I went for Tiesto last year)
