not sure how you did this..but the easiest way on making this smaller would be to make the eye brows a seperate layer... which moves over the top of the same image of darling sans eyebrows.. if this is how you've originally done it.. I have no idea how you have managed such a file size.

just clickwindow on the toolbar then click animation and you build it just like you did in imageready, except no need to export and import from photoshop any more.
