not reallynot when it got pierced.. but I had a very good piercer. it did swell up for about 8 days though where i couldn't talk properly nor eat all that well. My labret hurt more... bu that's because i kept getting the back plate caught under my teeth while eating and yanking it up... bad times. had a horizontal lip piercing and then a vertical one but they is both gone now. Tempted by the idea of a cock piercing though.
