AhahahahNah, we had really crap plastic bows and arrows. I snapped a bunch of them actually.
The only reason they have that stuff, as well, is because whenever the PE department wants something, the art department loses money, so we now have like...1 canvas that keeps getting reused, and a couple gross paintbrushes.

We have good art teachers.Only like...two of them are weird, cracked out hippies. But the PE department and the sports teams get new jackets and uniforms and stuff every year, and we get like...a pencil.

maybeif the art department offered to design the PE uniforms they'd could share the funding?
