HahaIt's clever really, making RyanAir plans smell of urine and faeces is a good way to make them even more unbearable. And they said it couldn't be done.

i've never neededa piss on a ryanair or easyjet plane in my life, you're on them for less than half an hour and there's a free toilet at each end which you don't have to wait for the captain to stop screwing his copilot to use
also, USairways transatlantic envoy class toilets are no better than their economy, but the seats are fantastic
