I guess it's feasible.That implies you can train a zombie by hitting it or bribing it, but OK, why not.
The ability to learn smacks a little bit too much of healthy, wholesome, living creature, and not of uncannily animated dead flesh, that's the only problem.
Edit: they should be only trainable in gruesome, harrowing ways.

I'm thinking more like how a plant can be trained to grow a certain way (like bonsai trees or ivy on a lattice)and yes, they will be 'trained' with electric shocks and mechanical manipulation of tendons
