Most of the Euphemisms......seem to be toilet gags. Not enough bywords for death in there, I reckon. Then again, can anyone do a decent representation of "pushing up daisies"?

I'd say it's 50-50between toilet gags and wanking gags. can't think of an image for pushing up daisies but that phrase always reminds me of the excellent parody of AA Milne's Vespers that was in Private Eye when the [real life] Christopher Robin died.
